Preparing people is no longer the whole job. As Peter Lee, SimSpace’s CEO, puts it, resilience now requires testing entire teams, systems, workflows and AI models — and SimSpace has expanded its Cyber Range Platform to train for AI-led attacks on those terms. Training, testing and validation happen in a single environment that mirrors production, where adversary simulations reflect real attack behaviour and defensive performance is measured as a full mission rehearsal. Those virtual environments also generate large volumes of labelled telemetry for training and testing AI models, and the platform integrates existing tools, third-party sensors and data flows. US Cyber Command already uses it. It lines up with Gartner’s call for intelligent simulation that makes security a forward-looking discipline.
