Supply chain disruption is a security problem as much as a logistics one, and the methods that carried organizations through earlier shocks no longer hold. SimSpace CTO Lee Rossey joined Zimana Analytics CEO Pierre DeBois and InformationWeek senior editor Joao-Pierre S. Ruth to work through what supply chain cyber resilience requires: which elements deserve focus, where automation genuinely helps, and how teams demonstrate continuity to the customers depending on them. Rossey’s position matches SimSpace’s own. Resilience is proven, not asserted. Third party risk and dependency failures have to be rehearsed in conditions that resemble production, so responders build the judgment and the muscle memory to keep operations running when a supplier goes dark and cyber readiness is tested for real.
