Marci Niles serves as Chief People Officer at SimSpace Corporation, where she leads all aspects of the company’s people strategy, including talent acquisition and development, organizational development, total rewards, compliance, and culture.
With more than two decades of HR leadership experience, Marci has held key global roles at NTT DATA Services, including Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation and Performance, and Vendor Management. She is recognized for designing scalable global HR operations, driving performance and compensation programs, and aligning talent strategies with business transformation and growth.
Marci earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from Babson College. At SimSpace, she is passionate about cultivating a purpose-driven, inclusive culture that empowers teams to innovate and thrive in a mission that strengthens global cyber resilience.
Outside of work, Marci is a dedicated 10-year participant in the Pan-Mass Challenge, proudly supporting cancer research through the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is also a devoted dog mom to Maisie, her loyal walking and work-from-home companion.
